Studio Vermilion is seeking an ambitious New Business Lead to drive and shape of the studio in these early stages. You’ll be working directly with us to develop client relationships.

Your main task is to discover potential clients and screen assignments to assure they are suited for Studio Vermilion.

Expectations:

• Identify business opportunities

• Articulate potential leads to management

• Connection to a network of industry adjacent businesses

• Supernatural people skills to interact with potential clients and colleagues

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and requests at the same time

• Intimately familiar with the creative process, working with artists, and the importance of the partnership between client and the studio

• Maintain a healthy workload and balanced schedule for the studio

You have:

Terms:

6 month contract with extensions. Full time employment possible.

Studio Vermilion is seeking a talented and eager Project Manager. You'll be working closely with creatives and producers alike collaborating in a team from ideation to finish on a diverse range of projects for commercial & film advertising, logos, branding, digital and interactive platforms. The ideal candidate will engage and contribute to the entire process and have a sense of ownership.

Expectations: 

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and requests at the same time

• Work with the Talent team to create teams and book freelancers

• Familiar with the basics of the design, post production process

• Keeping on top of schedule/calendar - for dailies/client calls 

• Posting zoom links for everyone and scheduling meetings

• Staying on top of inbox - and overall making sure elements from clients are in the right place

• Organizing things as needed based on project needs 

• Being available for artists and producers 

• Wrapping, archiving, cleaning up storage
